摘  要:运用文献资料、专家访谈等研究方法探讨我国普通高校现行使用的体育心理学教材内容的改革:要精简与优化现行教材部分内容和结构;注重与突出教材的职业性与实践性;强调并明确教材的基础性与科学性。在此基础上,构建成由5大部分内容为基本框架的立体化教材,设计出体育心理学教材编写体例。By means of literature review, interviews with experts, etc. ,the authors of this study tend to make reforms of the contents of the teaching materials of sports psychology used currently by the general universities in China. It is suggested that the current con- tents and structure of the teaching materials should be simplified and optimized,occupa- tional and practical characteristics of the teaching materials should be paid attention to, and fundamental and scientific characteristics of the teaching materials should be empha- sized and made clear. Besides,a form of three-dimensional teaching materials based on the framework of 5 major parts should be constructed and the writing and compiling styles and models for the teaching materials of sports psychology should be designed.
