摘 要:赛前短期训练已成为当今高校大学生运动员参加田径运动会比赛的一种主要训练形式,第8届全国大学生运动会女子甲组七项全能冠军赖新明的赛前短期恢复训练计划是个成功的范例。短期训练阶段的正确划分是保证运动员赛前恢复训练有序进行的重要环节,通过合理的划分准备期、比赛期的训练阶段和训练小周期,将运动员竞技水平的恢复和比赛能力的提高贯穿于整个训练过程中,训练体现小周期结构微型化、训练节奏赛制化、训练内容针对化、训练负荷强度集中化和恢复训练调理化等。特别对集训阶段采用与大赛接轨的微型小周期训练结构,使赛前训练的负荷与恢复达到协调有序,保证训练超量负荷与超量恢复,收到短期恢复运动员体能和提高运动员比赛能力的效果。Nowadays,short-term training before competition has become a major training form when a college athlete taking part in track and field competition. Lai Xinming, the women's heptathlon champion in group A during the Eighth National University Games, is a successful example. The correct partition of short-term training period is an important process which may ensure the athletes" recovery of training in an orderly manner. By reasonable division of period of preparation, period of training during competition and mini-cycle of training,athletes" restoration of their competitive level and improvement of competitive abilities can be realizedthroughout the training process. This kind of training means the micro-structure of mini-cycle training, game-like training rhythm, the appropriate direction of training contents, the centralization of the intensity of training load and harmonious restoration of training. The mini-cycle training structure during the training period,which is made to link with the real competition especially,can achieve the coordination between training load and restoration before the game and ensure the recovery of over-loading and over-training,so that athletes may reach the result of short-term recovery of their physical ability and improvement of their competitive abilities.
