摘  要:肿瘤坏死因子-α是一种多生物效应的细胞因子,参与因年龄增长或者某些慢性疾病(例如恶性肿瘤、艾滋病、慢性心力衰竭等)伴有的骨骼肌蛋白降解导致肌力下降的过程,而长期体育锻炼能起到维持和增强肌力的作用。采用文献资料综述法,对1975—2006年以来肿瘤坏死因子-α、骨骼肌蛋白降解和体育锻炼三者关系的相关文献展开综述,概括肿瘤坏死因子-α通过直接或者间接机制引起骨骼肌蛋白降解和长时间力竭运动可引起血浆肿瘤坏死因子-α的浓度提高,并且在此基础上,分析探讨体育锻炼减弱肿瘤坏死因子-α引起骨骼肌蛋白降解的作用机制,认为有规律的体育锻炼能抑制肿瘤坏死因子-α在骨骼肌的表达,因而体育锻炼能减弱因年龄增长或者某些慢性疾病引起的肌力下降。Tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) ,as a multifunctional cytokine,plays the role of the protein loss of skeletal muscle which causes reduced strength of muscle, because of the aging or some chronic diseases such as cancer, Aids, chronic heart failure, etc. But long-term exercise can maintain and enforce the strength of the muscle. By means of lit- erature review, the authors of this paper have studied the researches from 1975 to 2006 on the relationship between tumor necrosis factor-α, the protein loss of skeletal muscle and exercise training and summarized the direct or indirect mechanism of the protein loss of muscle induced by TNF-α and the elevation of TNF-α in the blood due to long-term exhaustive exercise. Based on the point of above, the authors try to discuss the negative effect and mechanism of exercise training on the protein loss of muscle caused by TNF-α and thus propose that regular exercise training can restrain the effects of TNF-α on the protein loss of skeletal muscle and exercise training can lessen loss of strength in muscle due to aging or some chronic diseases.
