国内外大众游泳救生员培养体制的比较研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、现场调查法、数理统计法和比较法等研究方法,从国内外大众游泳救生员培训机构、培养类别及培养内容方面进行比较研究,寻找国内培养体制存在的差距,以便改进我国的游泳救生工作,保证群众性游泳活动的广泛开展,以便在新时期更好地实现《全民健身计划纲要》的目标。By means of literature review, interviews with experts, on-the-spot surveys, mathematical statistics and comparative studies, the authors of this paper have conducted comparative researches on the training organization, types and contents between domestic and foreign lifeguard training and tried to find out the differences in the training system of lifeguards. The main purpose is to improve the lifesaving work in public swimmingpools and to guarantee the wide development of mass swimming exercise so as to carry out the objectives stated in ＂the Guidelines of Physical Fitness for the Mass＂ in the new period.
