我国全国性单项体育竞赛管理组织的现状调查与分析

摘　　要：随着体育事业的突飞猛进,竞赛的意义甚至涉及到政治、经济、交通、城市建设等诸多方面。而全国性单项竞赛作为国内竞赛的重要组织部分之一,代表着国内最高的竞技水平和竞赛组织水平,是全国性比赛的基础构成元素,同时也是国内竞赛的风向标,直接影响着全国的各级训练和竞赛的开展。目前我国正处在计划经济向市场经济转换的社会转型期,国家对于竞赛的相应管理模式、手段、目标都在发生着变化,同时市场经济也给竞赛带来了新的挑战和机遇。通过发放专家调查问卷和对国内相关竞赛组织管理专家进行访谈确定了全国性单项竞赛现状的要素,即竞赛类别、竞赛规模、竞赛数量组成的外在表现要素和竞赛组织机构、竞赛管理规章制度构成的内在要素。With the fast development of sports, the significance of sports competitions even involves aspects of politics, economy, communication, urban construction, etc. And national single event sports competitions, as one of the important components of domestic competitions,represent the highest athletic level and management level in China, the national fundamental components of competition and also the symbol of domestic competitions, which may influence directly the advancement of trainings and games at all levels in China. Currently,as China is at a period of social transit from the previous planned economy to a market-oriented economy, the country＇s relevant management mode,means and objectives are also undergoing a great change and meanwhile the market-oriented economy has brought about new challenges and opportunities to sports competitions. By means of issuing questionnaires to experts and interviewing relevant sports management experts in China, the authors have decided on the major elements of the current situation of national single event competitions. They include the external elements of competition type,scale,amount and internal elements of competition organizations and management regulations and system.
