摘  要:目的研究一种新型的室温挥发驱蚊的方法,确定适合用于室温挥发驱蚊产品中的有效成分和溶剂。方法比较不同有效成分及溶剂的挥发速率,初步选定合适的溶剂;通过比较不同配方样品的生物效果及其中药液和有效成分的挥发速率,最终确定合适的有效成分和溶剂。结果无味煤油D110和D130的挥发速率比多数有效成分略快,但较为接近,初步选定无味煤油D110和D130为合适溶剂。相当的药液成本下,四氟苯菊酯+无味煤油D110制备的样品生物测试结果KT50为20 min,明显好于其他样品。结论无味煤油D110和四氟苯菊酯为室温挥发产品中合适的溶剂和有效成分。Objective To study on a new type of mosquito repellent method for evaporating at room temperature, and determine the active ingredients and solvents. Methods Under the same conditions, by comparing the evaporation rate of different active ingredients and solvents, initially identify a suitable solvent. By comparing the biology efficacy and the evaporation rate of active ingredients in different formulations, and ultimately determine the appropriate active ingredient and solvent. Results Under the same conditions, the volatilization rate of odorless kerosene D110 and D130 was slightly faster than that of most active ingredients, but it was closer. And initially odorless kerosene D110 and D130 were identfied for a suitable solvents. Considerable cost of active ingredients, the biology efficacy of the formulation contained transfluthrin and odorless kerosene D110 was clearly better than the other formulation, its KT50 was 20 minutes by glass tank. Conclusion Transfluthrin and odorless kerosene D110 are optimal active ingredient and solvent for mosquito repellent products evaporated at room temperature.
