不同场所杀灭蟑螂的效果观察

摘　　要：目的为了了解不同类型场所的灭蟑效果,探讨影响灭蟑效果的相关因素,为今后开展大面积的灭蟑活动,有针对性的制定防治措施提供依据。方法统一时间、统一药物,采用滞留喷洒法和毒饵法集中杀灭,并用药激法和目测法考核评价灭蟑效果。结果灭前6种不同类型场所蟑螂的侵害程度具有非常显著性的差异(2χ=71.054 3,P<0.01)。其中:农贸市场最为严重,侵害率达85.45%;其次是五小店(41.33%);机关单位相对最低(11.76%)。灭后6种不同类型场所的灭蟑效果也存在显著性的差异(2χ=92.573 9,P<0.01)。其中:学校的灭蟑效果最好,灭蟑率为92.67%;其次是农贸市场和宾馆酒店,分别为77.88%和76.26%;五小店相对最差,灭蟑率只有54.17%。结论不同类型场所的灭蟑效果具有显著性的差异。这可能是因为不同类型场所受不同环境条件因素的影响,环境条件较好的场所,灭蟑相对较易。其次,与不同类型场所灭蟑时的工作力度和重视程度有很大关系。工作力度越大,重视程度越高,灭蟑效果就越显著。Objective To know cockroach killing efficacy and related elements in different types of places, supply basis for carrying out cockroach killing activity in a big area and purposely making preventive and controlling strategies in future. Methods Killing cockroaches together by residual spraying way and poisoned bait way with same medicine at unified time, and checking the killing efficacy by drug boosting and eye seeing method. Results The cockroach invasion degrees of six different types of places had an extremely significant difference before killing（Х^2 = 71. 054 3,P 〈 0.01 ）. The agricultural market was the most serious one, and the invasion rate was high to 85.45% ; the second were five types of little shops（41.33% ） ;the relatively slightest was the institution unit（ 11.76% ）. After killing, the cockroach killing efficacy of six places also had significant difference （Х^2 = 92. 573 9, P 〈 0.01 ）. Among them, the killing efficacy in school was the best, and the killing rate was 92. 67% ;and the second were the agricultural market and hotel, and the rates were 77. 88% and 76. 26% ;five types of little shops were relatively the worst, and the rate was only 54. 17%. Conclusion The killing cockroach efficacy of different types of places have significant difference. First,this may be related with environmental condition, the environmental condition is better, killing cockroaches is easier. Second, there is a big relation with the strength of killing cockroaches and the degree of paying attention. The strength of killing cockroaches is bigger and the degree of paying attention is higher, the killing efficacy is more significant.
