摘  要:目的探讨麦芽醇对AlCl3致阿尔茨海默病(AD)大鼠的影响。方法采用AlCl3灌胃制作AD大鼠模型,Morris水迷宫检测大鼠空间记忆能力,免疫印迹检测tau蛋白磷酸化水平。结果麦芽醇明显缩短大鼠寻找平台的时间,降低tau蛋白磷酸化水平。结论麦芽醇能有效改善因AlCl3所致的大鼠空间记忆障碍,其机制可能与抑制tau蛋白过度磷酸化有关。Objective To investigate the effect of maltol on learning and memory ability of Alzheimer′s disease(AD) rats.Methods The AD model was established by aluminum chloride toxicity.The spatial memory deficity was assessed by Morris water maze and phosphorylation of tau protein was detected by western blot.Results It was shown that maltol could significantly shorten the increase of escape latency induce by aluminum chloride,decrease tau hyperphosphorylation.Conclusion Maltol can effectively prevent spatial memory deficit induced by aluminum chloride through inhibiting tau hyperphosphorylation.
