高纯水代替正己烷实现无污染测试方法的探讨

摘  要:采用油脂抽出法测试成品丝上的油剂附着量,不但污染环境,而且对人体有害。采用高纯水取代正己烷来溶解丝束上的油剂,用折射仪测出其溶解液的浓度以得到丝束的油附着量,并对其测试结果的准确性分别用F检验与T检验法进行了测试结果准确度与再现性检验,检验结果满足统计学要求。The testing of oil attached to finished wire using oil extraction method, which not only pollutes the environment, but harmful to the human body. By using high- pure water to replace the n- hexane to dissolve the oil of nylon filament, and refraetometer to measure the concentration of dissolved liquid attached to the goods, and the accuracy of the test results was known by using F- and Ttest. The results of reproducibility and accuracy of the test meet the requirements of statistics.
