摘　　要：应用模糊优选理论、模糊模式识别理论、二元比较模糊决策分析法确定目标权重,对黑龙江省水资源可持续发展做出评价模型并给出定量的评价指数。In this paper, the fuzzy optimization theory, the theory of fuzzy pattern recognition, fuzzy decision binary comparison analysis identifying the target weight are used, the sustainable development evaluation model of the water resources in Heilongjiang Province and a quantitative evaluation index are made.
