摘　　要：拜泉县是黑龙江省的农业大县,地下水是该县工业、农业和生活用水的最重要的供水水源。近年来受地下水开采影响,产生一系列水文地质问题。因此,查清该区地下水资源的形成条件及开采潜力,并制定合理的水资源开发利用方案显得十分必要。根据研究区的水文地质特征,建立了水文地质概念模型和地下水流数值模拟模型,对该模型进行了识别和验证。并计算出了研究区白垩系承压水的补给量和排泄量。根据研究区实际情况制定出6种不同的开采方案,并对各种方案下的地下水水位进行模拟,在此基础上确定了优先开采方案。Baiquan whose industrial, agricultural and mainly domestic water supply is groundwater is a major agriculture County in Heilongiiang Province. Recent years, It brought a series of hydro-geological problems with the influence of groundwater exploitation. So it is very necessary to investigate the formation conditions and mining potential, and develop a reasonable use of water resources development program. This paper has established a hydro-geological conceptual model and numerical simulation model of groundwater flow. Then, identify and validate the model calculated the supply and excretion of cretaceous artesian water. According to the zone it has developed six different mining programs, simulated the groundawter level and given the beter exploitation scheme.
