椎痛安胶囊抗炎镇痛作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究椎痛安胶囊的抗炎、镇痛、消肿等药理作用,为该药的临床研究提供基础。方法:采用小鼠耳廓肿胀法、大鼠甲醛致足跖肿胀法、大鼠棉球肉芽肿法、小鼠热板法、小鼠扭体法等多种模型和方法。结果:椎痛安胶囊能较好地抑制二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓炎性肿胀和大鼠甲醛致足跖肿胀,并减轻大鼠棉球肉芽肿质量,说明椎痛安胶囊有明显的抗炎作用。镇痛实验表明,椎痛安胶囊能显著提高热板试验小鼠的痛阈,有效抑制冰醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应次数。结论:椎痛安胶囊具有良好的抗炎、镇痛、消肿等作用。OBJECTIVE To study the anti-inflammatory, analgesic and edema-reducing effects of Zhuitong＇an eapsules for the clinical research. METHODS Models of ear swelling of mice, paw edema induced by formaldehyde in rats, cotton granuloma in rats, hot plate in mice and writhing test in mice were adopted. RESULTS Zhuitong＇an capsules could inhibit ear inflammation induced by xylene in mice and paw swelling induced by formaldehyde in rats, and reduce the weight of cotton granuloma in rats. It was demonstrated that Zhuitong＇an capsules had anti-inflammatory effects. Analgesic tests showed that Zhuitong＇an capsules could significantly improve the pain threshold of mice, and effectively reduce writhing response frequency induced by acetic acid. CONCLUSION Zhuitong＇an capsules have anti-inflammatory, analgesic and edema-reducing effects.
