摘　　要：目的:探讨膝关节镜术后使用布比卡因+复方倍他米松的镇痛方法。方法:2005年1月-2007年5月我科共施行139例膝关节镜,术后均于关节腔内注入局麻药布比卡因+复方倍他米松镇痛。结果:本组患者139例,术后疼痛明显减轻,对镇痛效果满意。结论:关节腔内注入局麻药布比卡因+复方倍他米松的方法效果简单安全、效果明确、不良反应小,可以广泛应用于膝关节镜术后镇痛。OBJECTIVE To investigate the role of using bupivacaine and betamethasone to relieve pain after knee arthro scope. METHODS Between January, 2005 and May, 2007 we had performed 139 knee arthroscope operation , in all of them bupivacaine and betamethasone were injected into the articular cavity to relieve pain. RESULTS All of them showed that the pain was obviously relieved and the patients were satisfactory with therapeutic efficacy. CONCLUSION Using bupivacaine and betarnethasone to relieve pain after arthroscope is proved to be a simple , safe method with definite effect and few side effect.
