摘　　要：塑料管道切削装置是 ZHD630型煤矿井下塑料管道焊接装置的重要组成部分,对焊接质量起着决定性的作用,本文详细介绍了其工作原理、设计方法及切削的安全性。通过井下工业性试验表明,切削装置具有切削速度稳定、切削端面光滑及安全可靠等特点,完全能够满足瓦斯塑料管道端面热熔对接焊的需要。The plastic piping topping mechanism is a very important component of the ZHD630 device for welding the coal silo plastic pipes, which decides the welding quality. This paper describes in detail the operating principle, the design and its security in use. The silo industrial experiment indicates that the mechanism has features of steady cutting speed, smooth cut end face, safe reliability, etc., and satisfies completely the welding demand of the end face hot melt offiredamp plastic pipes.
