摘  要:基于煤浆煤柱管道线性浓度的概念和运动煤柱间的间隙特点,探讨了煤浆煤柱管道多普勒超声测量的方法及其应用,为了提高测量精度,研究了多声道和声楔的应用,从而设计出计量煤浆煤柱管道流量的多声道多普勒超声波流量计,该流量计由超声换能器、电子线路及流量显示和积算系统组成。同时,采用混频方式和 FPT(快速傅里叶变换)测量和分析多普勒信号,并给出了设计电路和信号测量流程。Based on the concept of the linear of density coal slurry-and-pillar pipelines and the gap characters among moving coal pillars, the article discusses the Doppler supersonic measuring method and its application of coal slurry-and-pillar pipelines, and studies the application of multi channels and acoustic wedge in order to promote the measuring precision. Therefore, multichnnel supersonic flowmeter is designed for measuring the flow of coal slurry-and-pillar pipelines. The flowmeter is composed by supersonic transducer, electric circuits and the system showing the flow and integrating. Meanwhile, using the frequency mixing and FPT (Fourier transformation) measures and analyzes Doppler signals, and provides the circuitry of designing circuits and measuring signals.
