干燥机组合式抄板的设计研究

摘　　要：干燥机广泛应用于矿物烘干中。分析了目前干燥机抄板存在的问题,设计了组合式抄板,它包括螺旋角导料板、180°抄板、100°抄板、135°抄板。讨论了组合式抄板的布置及工作原理,并将所设计的组合式抄板应用于建材工业生产,取得了较好的效果。The dryer is widely used in mineral drying. The existing problems on lifting flights of dryer are analyzed, and the assembled lifting flights are designed which include spiral lifiing flights, 180ialifting flights, 100ialifting flights and 135 ialifting flights. The layout and working principle of the assembled lifting flights are discussed. The improved assembled lifting flights are used in production of building materials and achieve better effect.
