摘  要:采用碱性湖泊和池塘水进行凡纳滨对虾淡化幼虾的养殖试验,研究幼虾存活率与K+、Ca2+、Mg2+质量浓度及Na+/K+、离子系数(M/D)的关系,为内陆碱性水驯化养殖提供科学基础。结果表明,在碱度为10.32~38.50 mmol/L,盐度1.02%~3.34%及pH 8.5~9.5的碱性水环境中,体长为10~20 mm的幼虾饲养27 d的存活率差异极显著(P<0.005),平均为(47.5±14.5)%。存活率与5因子间的相关性存在因子间的互作效应,其简单相关性都受到其他因子或因子组合的影响,且均不显著(P>0.05);与5因子间的偏相关性及复回归关系也都不显著(P>0.05)。驯化幼虾的生存能力与K+、Ca2+、Mg2+质量浓度及Na+/K+、M/D相关不明显;有效驯化可增强幼虾在内陆碱性水环境的生存能力。In order to research the techniques of prawn culture in inland alkaline water,by means of culture test of Litopenaeus vannamei with the water of alkaline lakes and ponds,to study the relativity between the survival rate of juvenile shrimps and the mass concentration of K^+,Ca^2+ and Mg^2+,Na^+/K^+ ratio and ion coefficient(M/D ratio) in alkaline water.The results showed that the survival rate of juvenile shrimps with body length of 10~20 mm were extremely significantly difference from each other(P〈0.005)in different water with alkalinity of 10.32~38.50 mmol?L^-1,salinity of 1.02~3.34 and pH of 8.5~9.5 and culturing for 27 days,the average value was(47.5±14.5)%.The ratios of simple relationship between the survival rate and 5 kinds of environment factor were all effected by effects of the other factors or their suites,and they were not all significantly difference(P 〉 0.05).The eccentric relativity and many component regression between the survival rate and 5 kinds of environment factor were not all significantly difference(P 〉 0.05).After tamed by alkaline water with higher alkalinity and pH,survival capable of juvenile shrimps and K^+,Ca^2+ and Mg^2+,Na^+/K^+ and M/D ratio were not all closely related,to perfect comprehensive adaptability mechanism by effective mating measures will be advantageous to prawn survival in inland alkaline water.
