不同激素水平对西瓜、丽格秋海棠试管苗诱导的影响

摘　　要：植物组织培养中,激素对器官的分化和形成起着重要而明显的调节作用。这种调节作用不但决定于激素的种类和浓度,而且决定于激素相互之间的配比和绝对用量,并因植物种类不同而有一定差异。西瓜不定芽诱导的适宜培养基为MS+6-BA3.0mg/L+3%白糖;丽格秋海棠不定芽诱导的适宜培养基为MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L+3%白糖。in plant tissue cuhure, hormone plays an important and obvious role for the differentiation and forming of organs.This regulating effect determines notonly the kind and concentration of hormone but also the proportioning and absolute dosage among hormone, and some differences exist because of the different kinds of plants.
