摘　　要：政府办公能耗管理由于其数据对象数量庞大,计算繁琐易错,迫切需要软件化。介绍了最新研发的能耗管理数据库系统软件,着重阐述其功能结构和主要指标算法。该软件对政府办公能耗管理工作质量和效率的提高具有较高的价值。Software is urgently needed for government due to a large number of objects and complicated and official energy consumption supervision tedious calculation work. The newly-developed software of energy consumption supervision database system is introduced, and its functional structure and the main algorithm models are expatiated. The software is valuable for improving the quality and efficiency of government energy consumption supervision work.
