摘 要:本文从生长性能角度研究了非淀粉多糖酶对奥尼罗非鱼肝胰脏、肠道(前、中后肠)蛋白酶和淀粉酶的影响。试验选用体重约60g的奥尼罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus×O.aureus)560尾,随机分成4组,每组7个重复,每重复20尾鱼,分别饲喂添加了不同水平非淀粉多糖复合酶制剂(0、0.01%、0.02%、0.04%)的基础日粮,喂料后0、1、3、5h对各组进行组织采样,研究非淀粉多糖酶对罗非鱼肝胰脏、肠道(前、中后肠)蛋白酶和淀粉酶的影响。结果表明:(1)添加0.02%和0.04%非淀粉多糖酶显著提高了奥尼罗非鱼的特定生长率、显著降低了饵料系数(P<0.05);(2)蛋白酶活性分别按肝胰脏、胃、肠道依次升高;(3)添加0.04%非淀粉多糖酶组罗非鱼肝胰脏、胃蛋白酶活性最大,均显著高于对照组;(4)除喂后5h采样结果外,其它时间采样检测结果均以添加0.01%非淀粉多糖酶组中后肠蛋白酶活性最高,显著高于对照组(P<0.05);(5)适量添加非淀粉多糖酶对肝胰脏淀粉酶活性影响不大,高量添加非淀粉多糖酶(0.04%)对肝胰脏淀粉酶活性具有抑制作用,在一定程度上提高了前、中后肠淀粉酶活性。Hybrid tilapias ( Oreochromis Niloticus x O. Aureus. ) were employed to study the effects of non-starch polysaccharide (NSP) enzyme on the activities of protease and amylase of different digestive organs and different time of 0, 1, 3, 5 hours after feeding. Five hundred and sixty fish were randomly divided into 4 groups with 7 replicates and 20 fish in each replicate. Four groups were fed with basal diets added with 0, 0.01%, 0.02% and 0.04% NSP-enzyme respectively. The resuits showed that: (1) 0.02 % and 0.04 % supplement of NSP-enzyme in the hybrid tilapia diet had significantly improved the special growth rate and feed conversion rate of hybrid tilapia(P〈0.05) ;(2)The activity of protease was gradually increased according to the order of liver-pancreas, stomach and intestines; (3) The protease activity of liver-pancreas and stomach of 0.04% enzyme supplementation group was the highest and significantly higher than that of control group(P〈0.05) ;(4) Except for the sampling results at the point of 5 hours after feeding, all other sampling detection results showed that the protease activity of middle-rear intestine in 0.01% enzyme supplementation group was the highest and significantly higher than that of control group (P〈0.05) ;(5) The activity of pancreatic-liver amylase was affected by NSP-enzyme with high levels and not affected by low levels of NSP-enzyme, the amylase activity of front and middle-rear intestines was increased by supplement of NSP-enzyme in a certain extent.
