摘　　要：目的探讨毛细管区带电泳分离血清脂蛋白的影响因素。方法血清脂蛋白经荧光染料NBD C6-酰基鞘氨醇预染,毛细管电泳分离,激光诱导荧光(LIF)检测。分析了几种缓冲体系中缓冲溶液浓度和pH及表面活性剂对分离结果的影响。结果缓冲溶液的浓度、pH和表面活性剂的应用都能改善分离结果。结论用含0.001 ml/dl Brij 35 pH10.0的硼砂溶液作电泳缓冲液,10 min内可将脂蛋白分成3条区带。Objective To exploore the influential factors for the separation serum lipoproteins by high performance capillary electrophoresis. Methods The separation of pre-stained lipoproteins by NBD-ceramide was demonstrated in fused-silica capillaries with laser-induced fluorescence detector. Buffers,buffer pH and concentrations and detergents were studied and optimized for fast and efficient separation. Results The separation was accomplished using borax buffer（pH10. 0）with 0. 001 ml/dl Brij 35 and three patterns of lipoproteins were eluted within 10 rain.
