一种新型钻井液离心机的研制及应用

摘　　要：针对传统离心机在分离效果、操作控制、维护保养等方面存在的不足,研制了一种新型钻井液离心机,其处理能力为45m3/h,分离粒径小于2μm。主要部件均选用优质耐腐蚀不锈钢制造,推进器叶片表面经过特殊的耐磨、耐腐蚀处理,延长了整机的使用寿命和大修理周期。采用变频调速电动机(与行星齿轮差速器配套使用),使螺旋推进器与滚筒之间形成0.0167～0.025r/min的转速差。为防止螺旋推进器扭矩过载而专门设计了安全保险装置,确保离心机在各种钻井液条件下都能以最佳状态工作。The traditional centrifuge is not so efficient in separation,operation control and maintenance.So a new type of drilling fluid centrifuge is developed,with treatment volume 45 m3/h,to separate particles smaller than 2 μm.The major parts of the centrifuge are all made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel,and the surfaces of the propellers have been specially treated for erosion.The working life and the overhaul cycle of the whole centrifuge are thus elongated.VF speed-regulating motor is adopted(in combination with planet differential gear)to form a rotation differential of 0.0167-0.025 r/min between the spiral propeller and the drum.And a safe-fail device is specifically designed to prevent over-torque produced on the propeller,so as to ensure optimum operation of the centrifuge under all kinds of drilling fluid conditions.
