摘 要:探讨某纺织厂细纱车间气流组织存在的问题及改进方案。通过计算细纱车间冷负荷和风量,发现夏季送风机需全部开启。实测发现断头吸棉风机衰减严重,已不能满足工艺要求,故更换为FZ35-11(s)№10型轴流风机。停用地排风机,改为圆盘过滤器侧墙回风方式。缩小条缝送风口的尺寸大小为1 600 mm×80mm,加强下降气流的作用,工作区风速调整为0.57 m/s。改造后,空调系统节能效果显著,不到一年即可收回全部的设备投资。Improvement practices of airflow organization in one spinning workshop were discussed. Through calculating cooling load and air capacity of spinning Workshop it was found that all blowers should be opened in summer. By practical test it was found that the blower with broken-end collector attenuated greatly and could not satisfy processing demands, FZ35-11 (s)No 10 axial flow blower was used. Underground blowers were replaced by side-wall return. The size of slot outlets were reduced to 1 600 mm × 80 mm, the function of downdraght was strengthened and wind speed of working zone was set 0.57 m/s. After the modification air-conditioning system saves energy greatly and the whole investment could be got back less than one year.
