摘 要:为改善喷气织机车间的工作环境和节约能源,采用对车间和织机布面按大小环境分区进行空气调节的方式,从而降低车间操作区的相对湿度,提高织机工作区的相对湿度,创造生产工艺高湿要求和人员舒适的工作环境。并利用工程实例对其节能情况进行分析比较,认为采用大小环境分区空气调节方式,不但可保证生产工艺要求和操作人员舒适要求,而且可减少送风量,减少系统的装机功率。To improve air-jet loom workshop environment and save energy air-conditioning style of divising zone according to the region of workshop and cloth area was adopted. Relative humidity of operational zone in workshop could be reduced and relative humidity of loom working zone could be increased. Higher relative humidity in producing and comfortable environment to staff was realized. Through engineering example energy-saving conditions were analysed and contrasted,it is considered that division air-conditioning style of larger and smaller environment, not only ensure processing and staff comfort but also reduce air capacity and system installing power.
