摘　　要：探讨经二重组织织物的设计要点及生产技术关键。阐述了经二重组织织物的设计原则及设计技巧。根据经二重织物具有表里层的特点,利用表里经原料异同达到异染进行花色设计,实现白坯厂的色织化;利用表里经原料性能的不同达到降低成本等目的。通过在整经、浆纱、穿经、织造工序采取相应工艺技术措施,织机效率由试制时的58.6%上升到现在的85%以上,下机一等品率达95%以上。Design and production technology key points of warp backed fabric were discussed. Design principle and skill of warp backed fabric were introduced. According to the characteristics of warp backed fabric possessing surface and inner layers, yam-dyed effect could be achieved by varying surface and inner warp material. Cost could be reduced because raw material property of surface and inner warp are different. Loom efficiency could be improved from 58. 6% to 85% and first grade percentage before cloth repairing could reach above 95% after adopting relevant technology measures in warping, sizing, drawing-in and weaving process.
