活血解毒汤对急性冠状动脉综合征患者血清MMP-1、MMP-9、TIMP-1的影响

摘　　要：目的观察活血解毒汤对急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者血清MMP-1、MMP-9及TIMP-1的影响,探讨活血解毒疗法对动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定的可能机制。方法随机将62例ACS患者分为活血解毒治疗组(32例)与西药常规对照组(30例);治疗4周后比较两组血清MMP-1、MMP-9及TIMP-1水平变化。结果两组血清MMP-1、MMP-9水平明显降低,TIMP-1明显升高,治疗组作用更明显,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论活血解毒疗法可明显降低ACS患者血清MMP-1、MMP-9水平,升高TIMP-1水平,从而起到稳定动脉粥样硬化斑块的作用。Objective： To observe the effect of Huoxuejiedu Decoction on serum level of matris metalloprotease - 1 （MMP - 1 ）, matris metalloprotease - 9（MMP - 9）and tissue inhibitor of matris metalloprotease - 1 （TIMP - 1 ）in the patients with acute coronary syndrome（ACS） and evaluate it＇s effect on stabilization of arteroselerotic plaque. Methods： 62 patients with ACS were enrolled in this study and randomized into two groups. 30 cases of controll group with routine treatment of western medicine, 32 cases of treatment group with Huoxuejiedu Decoction. Serum Levels of MMP-1, MMP-9, TIMP-1 in all of the cases were detected by ELISA before treatment and 4 weeks later. Results： After treatment the Serum Level of MMP- 1, MMP- 9 of both groups decreased significantly and TIMP- 1 ascended significantly, but the treatment group changed much more obviously than control group. Conclusion： The Huoxuejiedu Decoction can significantly lower the serum level of MMP - 1, MMP - 9, and increase TIMP - 1 in patients with ACS. Maybe the therapeutic method of TCM has a beneficial effect on stabilization of arterosclerotic plaque.
