熏蒸疗法治疗活动期顽痹80例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药熏蒸疗法治疗活动期顽痹(类风湿性关节炎)的临床疗效。方法将患者80例随机分为非熏蒸常规治疗组(非熏组)与中药熏蒸治疗组(熏蒸组),均予西医常规处理,熏蒸组加用中药熏蒸治疗。结果经治20d后,熏蒸组与非熏组总有效率相近,而熏蒸组显效率更高,其ESR、CRP、晨僵时间、关节疼痛个数、关节肿胀个数、关节疼痛指数、关节肿胀指数的改善明显优于对照组。结论中药熏蒸疗法可明显缓解活动期顽痹(类风湿性关节炎)患者的关节疼痛、压痛、肿胀、晨僵等症状,显著改善病变关节功能。Objective： Use of traditional Chinese medicine therapy for fumigation activities of the rheumatoid arthritis（RA）, an objective evaluation of Chinese herb fumigation and stesming therapy（CHFST） of RA the effect. Methods： 80 cases with RA were divided into two groups, one was treated with usual methods. Another was treated with CHFST. The later group was treated with usual methods lasted for 20 days before CHFST. Results： CHFST treatment for 20 days in latter group had markedly improved the clinical symptoms and physical signs. The total effective tate and remarkable effective rate had no significant differences. Compared with control group, There were significant defferences between total effective rate and remarkable effective for ESR, CRP morning stiffness, arthralgia and dysfunction. Conclusion： CHFST can significantly improve clinical symptoms of RA, such as knee joint pain, rigidity and joint swelling, improve life quality and improve articular function.
