摘　　要：水利电子政务建设采用"1+7"模式组织实施,遵循"平台同构搭建、业务应用基于统一环境开发"的技术路线和"应用集中开发、系统分别部署、内容个性化定制"的建设策略。目前项目建设正在整体协同推进,已进入到业务应用全面展开的新阶段。下一阶段将加快开展电子政务安全保密改造,尽快出台电子政务建设技术要求.持续完善电子政务基础设施等工作。In e-government project construction, the model of＂1＋7＂is applied, following the technical route of ＂ integrating platform, application and operation environment＂ and strategy of ＂centralized development with subsystem and individual content＂. The system is under business application stage. The next step is to remodernize the safe and secrecy system and specify technical requirement of e-government construction.
