科学配置山东水资源问题的探讨

摘　　要：山东省总体上属于资源性缺水地区,水资源如何进行合理配置已成为解决水资源供需矛盾、保障经济社会可持续发展的关键问题之一针对山东省水资源特点及供需水的实际情况,采用面向区域可持续发展和流域水资源可持续利用的系统配置法,建立山东省水资源合理配置情景共享。采用系统模型对省内水系市际水资源配置初步方案进行了分析,并提出了山东省水资源合理配置的基本结论及对策。On the whole, Shandong province belongs to the area of serious lack water. How to rationally allocate water resources is the key to solve the problem of contradiction between water supply and water demand, ensure the economic and social sustainable development. According to the present situation of water resources character in Shandong, using system configuration can establish rational water resources vision-shared model of Shandong, facing on regional sustainable development and basin water resources sustainable utilization. Preliminary scheme on city-scale water resources allocation is analyzed by model, and supply the basic conclusion and countermeasure.
