摘　　要：以具体的高科技企业为研究对象,通过对该企业现状及其存在问题的分析,制定了PDM技术实施方案、方法和基本步骤,建立了相应的PDM系统。企业成功实现了产品设计活动的电子化、自动化、资源共享和知识重用,同时,增强了自身的科研能力,提高了在同行业中的竞争力。The special high-tech enterprise as the target is regarded, by researching of its status and existing problems, the implementation project, methods and basic approach of PDM technology is presented, and the corresponding PDM system is established. The enterprise has successfully realized the automation of product designing, the share of its resource and reusing of its information, at the same time, the ability of scientific research is improved and the competition is enchanced among the similar enterprises.
