摘　　要：针对如何适应企业业务流程动态变化与发展,以及参与管理人员权限多样性的问题,提出了面向OA(办公自动化)系统的,基于工作流引擎技术的协同式管理理念;研究了工作流引擎的设计与开发方法,实现了工作流技术在OA系统中的应用;该系统的实现将对业务流程的灵活定制、交互协同、权限控制复杂性等问题的解决起到积极作用。The dynamic change and evolution of an enterprise business, along with the diversity of the administrative privilege has been a major difficulty in reality. In order to overcome these problems, collaborative management aimed to OA system is proposed based on workflow engine technology. The design and development method is researched and the application ofworkflow theory in the OA system is implemented. The realization of this system will greatly contribute to the solution of complicated problems of flexible customization,collaboration and privilege administration.
