摘  要:采用热敏电阻作为热源和敏感元件,在密闭腔中使气体产生自然对流,利用硬件电路和软件补偿技术将载体的姿态信号提取并进行处理,从而实现载体在任意偏航方向时与水平面倾斜的全方位姿态测量。研制出测量范围为±45°、非线性度小于0.5%FS、分辨率小于0.01°、响应时间小于50ms的全方位气流式倾角传感器。The heat sensitive resistance was used as heat source and sensitive unit, and the natural convection of the gas was produced in a hermetic chamber. The posture signal of carrier was got and processed by hardware circuit and software compensation technique, so it could measure the omnidirectional horizontal posture of the carrier when the carder was in any yawing direction.The omnidirectional gasflow style obliquity sensor was developed successfully. And its measurement range is±45°, the non-linearity is less than 0.5%FS, the resolution less than 0.01° and the response time less than 50 ms.
