慢性骨盆疼痛综合征的行为疗法(附86例报告)

摘　　要：目的:探讨行为疗法治疗慢性骨盆疼痛综合征(CPPS)的疗效。方法:采用消除紧张的行为治疗,让患者保持乐观的精神状态,适当体育锻炼,规律排精,局部热疗,每周一次病友会(心理健康科普教育),包括对前列腺疾病的认识、心理疏导、生活方式等健康教育。8周为一疗程,并进行对比分析。结果:86例患者治疗前慢性前列腺炎评分(CP-SI)为22.0分,治疗后1月CPSI为19.2分,治疗后2月CPSI为14.3分,治疗前与治疗后1月CPSI分值无统计学差异,治疗后2月与治疗前CPSI有显著性差异(P<0.01),B超、EPS检查治疗前后无明显统计学差异。显效28例,有效49例,无效9例,总有效率89.5%。结论:CPPS的治疗以消除紧张、缓解压力、控制情绪、调整心理等行为治疗,可获得满意疗效。Objectives：To investigate the effects of Praxis therapy on the treatment of CPPS.Methods： Praxis therapy is used to relieve the tension of the patients and make them optimistic.Patients were also advised to have physical exercise,regular discharge of semen,local heat compression and once-a-week peer patients＇ meeting（to receive health education on prostatitis disease knowledge,psychological treatment and appropriate lifestyle）.A course of treatment lasted eight weeks.Comparison is made before and after treatment.Result： The score of 86 cases of chronic prostatitis before treatment was 22.0.After one month＇s treatment the score dropped to 19.2,and then further down to 14.3 after two months＇ treatment.The scores before and after one month＇s treatment revealed no statistical significance;While the scores before and after two months＇ treatment had striking statistical significance.（P〈0.01）.E.P.S.and ultrasonic examination showed no statistical significance,indicating obvious improvement effect in 28 cases,moderate improvement effect in 49 cases,and no improvement effect in 9 cases.The total efficiency rate is 89.5%.Conclusion： Praxis treatment on CPPS can relieve patients＇ tension,reduce their pressure,control their emotion and promote their psychological soundness.Its effect proves to be quite satisfactory.
