新疆煤电转化与西电东送的SWOT分析

摘　　要：本文利用SWOT分析技术对新疆煤电转化与西电东送面对的机遇、优势、劣势进行了分析,由于新疆的区位条件差异、国家鼓励开发可再生能源政策、火电环境污染等因素将限制新疆实施煤电转化和西电东送,在短期内不可能实施西电东送工程,只能立足于疆内消费,新疆可充分发挥煤炭资源丰富的优势,走"煤―电-高载能产业"一体化道路和"煤―化工"产业道路,同时应充分利用丰富的水能、风能和太阳能资源,积极发展绿色能源,建立西电东送绿色走廊。This paper uses SWOT analysis technique to analysis Xinjiang coal changing into electricity and west to east electricity transmission on the face of the opportunities,strengths,weaknesses,as Xinjiang’s regional conditions difference,the state encouraged the development of renewable energy policy,the thermal power pollution and so on,these factors will be restrictions on the implementation of Xinjiang coal changing into electricity and west to east electricity transmission,and impossible to implement in the short term west to east electricity transmission engineering,can only based on consumption within the Xinjiang region and bring into full play the advantage of rich coal resources,to the＂coal-electricity-high energy carriers industry＂ the road of integration and the ＂coal-chemicals＂ industrial roads,at the same time should take full advantage of the abundant hydropower,wind and solar energy resources and to the development of green energy,the establishment of west to east electricity transmission to green corridor.
