滑石粉填充高熔体强度聚丙烯复合材料的性能研究

摘　　要：通过采用熔融共混法制备了滑石粉填充高熔体强度聚丙烯复合材料,并对其性能进行了分析,研究了滑石粉含量对复合材料的力学性能、流动性和熔体强度的影响。结果表明,随滑石粉含量的增加,复合材料的物理机械性能和熔体强度变化不大,而流动性下降。The composite of talc filled high-melt-strength polypropylene was prepared by means of melt-compounding. It＇s properties were studied. The results showed that the mechanical properties and melt strength of the composite were little changed, and the melt flow rate was came down with the content of talc increasing.
