摘　　要：目的通过对床边胸片照相质量的分析,提出了对该照片的改进方法。方法对本院2007年1～4月床边胸片930份进行分析总结。结果930份床边胸片中,844份可达到诊断要求,占91%(其中甲级片290份,约31%,乙级片554份,约60%);86份影响诊断,占9%,为废片。结论床边胸片的影像质量和多种因素有关,必须综合作出判断。Objective To analyse the analysis of the bedside sternum, and put forward some suggestions and improvement methods. Methods The data collected from our hospital bedside sternum films of 930 patients from January. to April of 2007. The pictures were analyzed and evaluated. Results The films of 930 patients, 844 cases（91% ） could attain the request of diagnosis, 86 influenced diagnosis, have 9% around. Conclusion The image quality of the bedside sternum concern with many factors. We must synthetic criterion it.
