湘产“湘蕾”系列灰毡毛忍冬HPLC指纹图谱研究

摘　　要：目的建立湘产"湘蕾"品种灰毡毛忍冬药材的指纹图谱,为"湘蕾"品种灰毡毛忍冬药材质量的评价提供科学依据。方法高效液相色谱法,运用"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统2004A版"进行数据处理,构建灰毡毛忍冬对照指纹图谱。结果不同灰毡毛忍冬药材指纹图谱相似度较好,确定了10个共有峰,建立了"湘蕾"品种灰毡毛忍冬HPLC指纹图谱。结论该方法准确、稳定、可靠,可用于"湘蕾"品种灰毡毛忍冬的质量控制。Objective To establish the HPLC finger-print spectrum of ＂xianglei＂ Lonicera macranthoides Hands Mazz. in Hunan Province,it may provide the scientific basis on identification for quality of Flos lonicerae. Methods The HPLC was applied in chromatographic separation,and date were analysed by＂Chinese traditional medicine fingerprint similarity valuation software 2004A＂to eompare the quality of ＂xianglei＂ Lonicera macranthoides. Results The different samples were of high similarity,and ten common peaks were designated. The HPLC fingerprint of ＂xianglei＂ Lonicera macranthoides was developed. Conclusion The method is accurate, sensitive, dependable and can be used for the quality control of ＂xianglei＂Lonicera macranthoides.
