摘　　要：目的探讨氨甲蝶呤两次静脉法治疗输卵管妊娠的疗效及可行性。方法对47例氨甲蝶呤静脉注射法及47例单次肌肉注射法治疗输卵管妊娠的临床资料进行对比分析。结果两组疗效无显著性差异。结论氨甲蝶呤静脉注射法治疗方便,患者易于接受。Objective To discuss the curative effect and feasibility on twice intravenous injections with MTX for pregnancy in salpinx. Methods Contrast and analysis were made with Clinic information on treating pregnancy in salpinx by intravenous injections with MTX consisting of 47 cases with each case of twice injections and by muscle injections with MTX consisting of 47 cases with one single injection for each case. Results It revealed there was no significant difference beween the two groups. Conclusion The intravenous injection with MTX is prone to be accepted by patients for its convenience.
