摘　　要：目的了解嘉峪关市人群使用抗菌药物的行为影响因素。方法以嘉峪关市不同级别医院以及社区就医人群为调查对象,调查人群既往患病使用抗菌药物情况。结果人群使用抗菌药物受疾病类型、病程、职业、医保类型、人均收入和文化程度等因素的影响。结论在人群中开展抗菌药物使用医学常识的普及很有必要。Objective To find out the influencing behavioral factors of antibiotics usage in population in Jiayuguan. Methods Status of antibiotics usage was investigated in hospitals and communities in Jiayuguan. Results The antibiotics usage was affected by the disease variety,disease program, career, type of medical insurance,average income and educated level. Conclusion It is quite necessary to train the public the general knowledges that how to use antibiotics rationally.
