摘　　要：概述了我国近几年稻谷的生产、流量情况和黑龙江省稻谷的跨省流出现状,详细评述了黑龙江省稻谷外运的各种运输方式的发展现状以及需要进一步解决的问题,并就东北地区稻谷外运政策方面提出合理化建议。The article analyses the paddy produce and flow capacity, and the rice circulation in Heilongjiang. Deeply discusses the development situation of the rice transportation methods and a series of questions that are needed to solve. And propose rationalization viewpoints about the rice outward transportation policy.
