摘  要:借助CAE软件分析了熔体自干扰流动中2股熔体的融合机理和干扰机理以及2股熔体融合时熔接痕的形成及影响因素,通过实际注射成型样件和对其力学性能测试对CAE分析结果进行验证。实验结果表明:自干扰流动下,2股熔体融合时是否产生明显的熔接痕取决于两浇口之间的距离,而与浇口尺寸、注射速度、材料性质及浇口形状无关;自干扰流动可以有效提高制品的力学性能,垂直于进浇方向的材料拉伸强度提高10%左右;自干扰试样的冲击强度有明显提高,部分区域的冲击强度提升超过100%。The melting mechanism and interference mechanism of two streams of SIF melt, the formarion of weld lines and influencing factors on the fusion of two streams of melt from self-interference gate were analyzed using CAE software. The analysis results were verified based on injection moulding samples and tests on its mechanical properties. It indicates that whether obvious weld lines occur depends on the distance between two gates and has nothing to do with gate size, injection speed, material properties and gate shape. SIF can effectively improve the mechanical properties of plastic samples; the tensile strength in the direction vertical to pouring direction increases by 10% or so; the impact strength also increases significantly, some regions by over 100%
