摘 要:采用超滤/纳滤双膜集成工艺对印染废水二级生物法的处理出水进行深度处理,比较3种不同材料和截留分子量的超滤膜作为纳滤预处理手段的效果。选用两种工业化应用的纳滤膜,研究压力、运行时间对两种膜分离性能的影响,并分析处理前后不同材料膜结构的变化情况。研究结果表明,超滤膜作为纳滤预处理的有效手段,能去除90%浊度和部分COD;纳滤的处理不仅可以有效去除废水中的各种盐类、促使染料类物质回收,而且由于出水水质大大提高,完全可以达到排放标准以及在印染工段作为生产用水而回收利用,因而,具有很好的工业应用前景和价值。The practical secondary effluent from sewage treatment plant of textile factory was treated by ultrafiltration (UF) and nanofiltration (NF) integrated membrane processes. First, UF membranes were used as pretreatment to separate the possible organic and suspended matters. Then two kinds of NF membranes with different materials were investigated with ability of desalination and residual dyestuff removal. The effect of operating parameters such as operating pressure and time on separation performance of NF was also studied in detail. Results showed that UF membranes could remove 90% of turbidity and some COD in wastewater, while NF membranes held good performance on desalination and dye separation. The NF permeation with high quality perfectly met the state criterion of water discharge and reutilization and could be reused directly by dying industry.
