摘 要:报道了火花光谱自动化分析技术在炼钢炉前的最新应用,特别是对试样制备、缺陷识别、超低C,S,N的检验、过程统计控制等技术进行了较详细的探讨。试验中明确了试样制备的技术要求,对缺陷识别的相关参数进行优化,选择光谱仪的最佳分析条件,建立了相关的工作曲线,确定了各元素的检出限,经精密度测试和准确度试验验证,分析结果令人满意。所建立的方法分析速度快,该自动化技术的分析周期由原来7 min缩短到3.5 min以内,大大提高了工作效率,其精密度符合相关标准的规定,完全可以满足生产需要,并能在线快速分析钢中超低C,S,N元素的含量。Some new applications of automation technology for spark source optical emission spectrun to the analysis of the spot of steelmaking were reported. Especially the sample preparation, defect recognition, inspection and statistical control of process for ultra-low C, S, N, and so on were studied in detail. The specification for sample preparation were defined. The parameters for defects recognition and spectrometric analysis were optimized. The calibration curves for carbon, sulfur and nitrogen were established, and the detection limits were calculated. The tesing results for precision and accuracy showed that the determination results obtained by the method was satisfactory. The analytical speed of the established method is very fast, and the periodic time is shortened from 7 min to 3.5 min. The opperating efficiency is greatly improved and the precision meets a demant for the correlative standard. The method can totally fulfil the production requirements and online analysis of ultra-low C, S, N in steel.
