摘 要:采用光引发聚合方式,以丙烯酰胺(AM)和氢氧化钠(NaOH)为原料,采用前水解法合成阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺(PHP)。研究了PHP光合成的影响因素,结果表明:采用光引发聚合的方式合成PHP是可行的。通过正交实验,确定了光引发聚合的影响因素顺序及最佳工艺参数;对最佳工艺合成的产品进行絮凝效果测试,其絮凝性能达到商品PHP的要求,对细粒度、富含高岭土的难沉降煤泥水絮凝沉淀效果明显。Polyacrylamide (PHP) was synthesized with pre-hydrolysis method and photoinitiation polymerization mode using acrylanmide and sodium hydroxide as starting material.The influence factors were investigated and the results shows that it is feasible to synthesize PHP with photoinitiation polymerization. The sequence of influencing factors and the optimum technical parameters were determined via orthogonal experiments. The performance of PHP produced at the optimum conditions meets the commercial demands and its floeculation effect for fine sized coal slurry rich in kaolin, which is usually hard to deposite, is distinct.
