摘 要:以双(2-乙基己基)琥珀酸酯磺酸钠(AOT)为表面活性剂,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为还原剂,硝酸银为原料,制备了银纳米粒子,研究了合成银纳米粒子较为合适的实验条件。采用紫外-可见分光光度计及透射电子显微镜对所合成的银纳米粒子的光学性质及形貌特征进行了表征。结果表明,表面活性剂 AOT 对银纳米微粒可以产生较好的表面修饰作用,得到银纳米粒子水溶胶的紫外-可见吸收光谱图中能够产生纳米银所具有的表面等离子态的特征吸收峰。透射电子显微镜的结果表明,球形银纳米微粒的尺寸在10~15 nm 范围内,且具有较好的尺寸分布。Silver nanoparticles were prepared using sodium bis (2 -ethylhexyl) -sulfosuccinate (AOT) as surfactant, N,N- dimethyfformamide (DMF) as reducing agent and AgNO3 as raw material and the suitable synthetic conditions were studied. The silver nanopartieals were characterized by UV - visible absorption spectra and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The results showed that silver nanoparticals could give the characteristic absorption peak for silver nanoparticles, AOT was a kind of surfactant for the formation of stabilized silver in water phase owing to the attraction between silver nanoparticles and surfactant. TEM results showed that silver nanoparticles had size in the range of 10 -20 nm and had a better size distribution.
