摘　　要：基于特定社会背景和价值内涵的非物质文化遗产研究是近来研究的热点。目前公众认识不清、传承人缺乏以及政府支持力度不够,致使非物质文化遗产保护面临障碍。对非物质文化遗产进行适度地旅游开发,可以实现旅游、文化、经济三者之间良性的互动关系,是非物质文化遗产保护的有效途径。政府、公众特别是传承人、专家、企业、旅游者是非物质文化遗产保护性开发的相关利益主体。The study on intangible cultural heritage based on social background and value connotations has been the focus in recent years. At present, the protection of intangible cultural heritage is now facing barriers on the result of unclear awareness of the public, lack of heritage inheritors and not enough support of the government. Moderate tourism development is an effective way to promote the protection of intangible cultural heritage, and realizes the interaction among tourism, culture and economy. The government, the public, especially inheritors, experts, enterprises, and tourists are the stakeholders of protective development of intangible cultural heritage.
