摘　　要：目的:在记录中及时发现问题、解决问题,把遗留的问题转入下一个循环中去解决,对提高护理病历质量有非常重要的意义。方法:施行护理责任制,采用组织培训、业务查房、三级把关等形式进行系统学习,循环管理,提高护士的责任心与记录能力。结果:护理病历记录合格率从88.2%提高到95.5%,病员住院满意率提高到98%,护理人员的责任心与记录水平等均得到有效提高。结论:PDCA循环是管理体系中不可缺少的方式方法之一,在提高护理记录的科学性、规范性,动态管理性方面有着不容忽视的作用。Objective： Timely find and solve problems in record and solve the remaining problems in the next cycle has an important meaning for the improvement of the quality of nursing record. Method： Nursing responsibility system was performed, nurses were received system learning and circulatory management through organizational training, nursing round so as to improve their responsibility and recording capability. Result： The qualification rate of nursing record was up to 95.5 %, inpatienfs satisfaction degree was up to 98%, and nurse＇s responsibility and recording capability were obviously improved. Conclusion： PDCA cycle is an indispensable method in management system, which plays an important part in the improvement of recording capability and dynamic administration.
