彩超诊断肺心病的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨CPM的原因及彩超诊断肺心病的临床意义。方法应用彩超观察分析81例临床确诊CPM患者各腔室内径及肺动脉收缩压测量结果,对本文测量指标进行对比分析。结果以SPAP≥30mmHg作为PH的诊断标准,测定PH者46例,其SPAP>36mmHg,另7例PH患者SPAP≥32mmHg但<36mmHg,另28例患者应用CDE不能诊断CPM。结论彩超诊断肺心病具有较高的临床辅助诊断价值。Objective Discussion heart disease from lung disorders（CPM）reason and color ultra diagnosis heart disease from lung disorders clinical significance. Methods The method application color ultra observation analyzes 81 examples clinical to diagnose the CPM patient various cavities room inside diameter and the pulmonary artery systolic pressure measurement result, surveys the target to this article to carry on the contrast analysis. Results By the pulmonary artery systolic pressure（SPAP）≥ 30mmHg took pulmonary artery high pressure （PH） the diagnosis standard,this article determines the PH 46 examples,but its SPAP 〉 36mmHg,another 7 example PH patient SPAP≥32mmHg the 〈 36mmHg. another 28 example patient cannot diagnose CPM using CDE. Conclusion Color ultra diagnosis heart disease from lung disorders has the high clinical practice value.
