摘  要:建立了紫外光固化(UV)油墨中的光引发剂1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮(Irgacure-184)和2,2-二甲氧基一苯基甲酮(Irgacure-651)的毛细管气相色谱氢火焰离子化检测器的检测分析方法,考察了稳定剂对羟基苯甲醚(HQMME)的加入效果。结果表明,该方法在5~100mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.999,Irgacure-184和Irgacure-651的最低检出限分别为0.1mg/L和0.05mg/L,日内精密度和日间精密度的相对标准偏差均〈5%,稳定剂起到了很好的稳定作用。此方法为检测食品包装材料或食品模拟液中的光引发剂奠定了良好的基础。A method was developed for the determination of 1-hydroxycyelohexyl-phenyl ketone (Irgacure-184) and 2,2-dimethoxy-2-phenylacotophenone (Irgacure-651 ) photo-initiators by gas chromatography with flame ionization detector (GC-FID). The effect of the addition of the stabilizer hydroquinone monomethyl ester ( HQMME) was studied. The results showed that the stabilizer is efficient. The linear ranges of detection are excellent between 5 mg/L and 100mg/L. The correlation coefficients are better than 0. 999 and the detection limits are 0. 1mg/L for Irgacure-184 and 0.05mg/L for Irgacure-651, respectively. The relative standard deviations are less than 5% for both within-day and intra-day precision. The method is a good base for the detection of photo-initiators in food packaging materials or food simulants.
