摘 要:钨冶炼时,在中低品位的钨原料碱浸取液中,总含有相当量的游离碱。为满足后续生产工艺对溶液pH值的要求,一般采用无机酸中和,这不仅耗费大量的酸,而且增加了高含盐废液的排放量,造成环境污染。企业对碱性废水的处理多采用无机酸中和,而这种废水处理方法只有负的经济效益。采用膜分离技术处理钨冶炼厂含碱废水,实验结果表明,初步确定膜电解工艺参数,制订钨冶炼厂含碱废水处理方法及可行性。由于膜技术无二次污染,可实现废水零排放,甚至是可以重复使用,本研究成果有较大的应用前景。Whatever decomposition technics are adopted, there is a great quantity of dissociative alkali in the steeping solution of mid-and-low grade raw material of tungsten, when smelting tungsten. The inorganic acid neutralization is generally adopted to meet the requirement of solution pH for following producing technics, which not depletes much acid but increases the emission of waste liquid with high saliferous which may arose environmental pollution. However, enterprises usually adopt the inorganic acid neutralization to deal with the alkaline waste water, which could only bring negative economic benefit. The membrane segregating technique is adopted to deal with the alkaline waste water drained from the factories of tungsten smelting in this research. With the result of experiments, the technics parameters of membrane electrolysis are set initially to make the way and its feasibility of dealing with the alkaline waste water drained from the factories of tungsten smelting. Since there is no secondary pollution in membrane technique, it can achieve no waste water draining, even be used repeatedly. The result of this research has great applications foreground.
